Meet Chelsea

Founder / Paralegal

I have always been drawn to storytelling through writing, so it felt natural that I found my way into personal injury law.

Early in my paralegal career, the attorney I supported saw potential in my writing and taught me how to develop demand packages. That’s when everything clicked.

I began connecting with clients on a deeper level, carefully reviewing medical records to ensure no detail was missed, and building demand packages that reflected the full impact of their experiences.

From there, I went on to support the managing partner of another personal injury firm, where my role broadened significantly. I contributed to the resolution of multimillion-dollar cases, including a birth injury case and a sexual assault case, managed over 50 childhood sexual abuse cases, and served as hot seat support during trial.

Over the past eight years, I have continued to refine my approach, focusing on building strong cases from the ground up and improving the pre-litigation process for both clients and attorneys.

With a background in social work, connecting with people, especially those navigating difficult moments, has always come naturally to me. That perspective shapes the way I approach every case: with attention to detail, strong development, and clear storytelling that come together to support meaningful outcomes.
